Strength configuration: Ply (3/5/7/9) + Flute (A/B/C/E/F/Z) based on cushioning vs. stacking needs.
Printing: Logo, artwork, brand colors, handling icons, barcodes/QR, and surface finish (matte/gloss/aqueous).
Add-ons (optional): Tear tape, handle cut-outs, partitions, corner pads, water-resistant coating, anti-fungal treatment.
Outcome: A recommended box spec matched to your use case.

2. Quotation & Commercials

Goal: Provide a clear, no-surprise proposal.

What you get: Unit price, bundle/pack size, MOQ, printing coverage, board spec (paper GSM/BF, ply/flute), lead time estimate, delivery charges, and taxes.
Documents: Formal quotation + draft spec sheet for approval.
Tip: Share annual/quarterly forecast for best pricing and capacity blocking.

3. Sampling / Prototype (If Needed)

Goal: Validate fit, strength, and print quality before mass production.

Types: White sample (unprinted dieline), printed color proof, or short-run pilot.
We check together: Size tolerance, board stiffness, crease/fold, closure fit, and branding placement.
Outcome: Your sign-off on dieline, artwork, and material spec.

4. Purchase Order & Artwork Approval

Goal: Lock specs so production can start smoothly.

PO + Spec Freeze: Final dimensions, style, ply/flute, paper grades (GSM/BF), print colors (Pantone/CMYK), finishing, quantity, and delivery window.
Artwork: We share a print proof (PDF/soft proof) showing print positions, bleed, safe margins, barcodes, and icons.
Approval: You approve via email/WhatsApp with “OK to Print/Produce”.

5. Material Planning & Procurement

Goal: Ensure the right papers, inks, and adhesives are available on time.

Papers: High-strength kraft liners and fluting medium as per spec (GSM/BF/COBB targets).
Consumables: Starch-based adhesive, inks, varnish/coatings, staples/glue.
Traceability: Internal lot codes for every input for audit and repeatability.

6. Production Scheduling

Goal: Reserve machine time and manpower for on-time dispatch.

Batch planning: Corrugation → printing → slotting/creasing → die-cut (if any) → folding → gluing/stitching → bundling.
Capacity: We plan for peak loads; urgent jobs can be prioritized with prior agreement.

7. Corrugation – Making the Board

Goal: Create strong, consistent corrugated sheets.

Process: Paper passes through heated corrugating rolls to form the flute, then is glued to liners to form 3/5/7/9-ply boards.
Flute selection:
- A (~4.8 mm) : Best cushioning
- B (~3.2 mm) : High crush resistance
- C (~4.0 mm) : Balanced, most common
- E (~1.6 mm) : Thin, great for printing
- F (~0.8 mm) : Ultra-thin, premium packs
- Z : Hybrid/special needs
Controls: Temperature, moisture, and adhesive application for bond strength.

8. Printing

Goal: Crisp, brand-true graphics.

Methods: Flexographic (most common) or offset (for very fine graphics on liners).
We manage: Color targets (Pantone/CMYK), registration, halftones, barcodes/QR readability, and mandatory marks (FSSAI, fragile, up arrows, etc., as applicable).

9. Cutting, Creasing & Die-Cutting

Goal: Accurate shape and easy folding.

Slotting/creasing: For RSC/HSC styles—creates fold lines and flaps.
Die-cutting: For mailers, trays, windows, handles, perforations.
Tolerances: Maintained for snug fit and efficient line packing.

10. Folding, Gluing & Stitching

Goal: trong joints and clean finish.

Gluing: High-bond adhesive for speed and neatness.
Stitching (if specified): Metal staples for extra-heavy cartons.
Inserts/partitions: Added here when required.

11. In-Process & Final Quality Checks

Goal: Every box that leaves us performs as promised.

Board checks: GSM, ECT (Edge Crush Test), BCT (Box Compression Test – sample), bursting strength, moisture, flute integrity, bond.
Print checks: Color density, registration, scuff resistance, barcode verification.
Dimensional checks: L × W × H tolerance, squareness, crease quality, flap overlap.
AQL sampling: Documented inspection before packing.

12. Bundling, Packing & Palletization

Goal: Safe transit to your facility.

Bundling: Standard counts (e.g., 10/20 pcs) or as requested.
Strapping & wrapping: For stability and dust/moisture protection.
Pallets: As needed—ISPM-15 treated wood pallets for export (on request).
Labels: Item code, batch/lot, qty, Mfg date, and your PO reference for traceability.

13. Dispatch & Delivery

Goal: On-time, intact delivery.

Logistics: Own fleet/partner carriers based on volume and distance.
Coordination: Advance intimation, delivery challan, e-invoice/e-waybill where applicable.
Unloading: Coordination for safe handling; we guide your team on stacking height and storage.

14. Post-Delivery Support & Reorders

First delivery feedback: Fit, line speed, stacking, damage rates.
Stock planning: We can set reorder points or standing schedules to avoid stock-outs.
